    The Super Beautiful room boasts amazing sea views, providing an idyllic setting for sunset viewing. The staff, though a bit slow at times, are genuinely friendly and work hard to accommodate guests and the restaurant offers a good variety of dishes with daily changes.

    The beachfront location near the Dutch Fort is prime. The ocean views from our room added to the experience, especially while sipping tea on the terrace. Spacious rooms made it comfortable, and the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. Unfortunately, the service missed the mark. Housekeeping wasn't as thorough as expected, with some minor lapses like forgotten amenities. I found ants in the bathroom, which needed attention despite bringing it up with management. The breakfast selection was decent, but the evening buffet felt lackluster compared to what I've had elsewhere. There was also a weird experience with the jacuzzi in the premium room. It didn't operate smoothly and required maintenance assistance multiple times, which detracted from relaxation. The mattress protector felt cheap and uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality. To sum it up, the hotel's features are great, but the service consistency really needs to improve.

    I was enchanted by the panoramic ocean views from my Super Beautiful room. Every sunset reminded me of a personal celebration! The delicious Sri Lankan breakfast offerings made each morning extra special, especially the vibrant local delicacies that burst with flavor. Plus, the heated pool was a dream, nice for good, leisurely dips while soaking in the fine surroundings.
